Standard, Deluxe Collection or Ultimate Collection?

The standard Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC is the full game — both editions, nothing missing — and the cheapest way in. The Deluxe Collection adds 1,600 Minecoins and a starter set of Marketplace content (maps, skin packs, a texture pack and Character Creator items); the Ultimate Collection adds 1,000 Minecoins and five gameplay add-ons instead. Two things to know before paying extra. The coins and Marketplace items only work in Bedrock Edition, because Java has no Marketplace. And the Ultimate Collection is sold through the Xbox store but is the same Windows PC bundle — Java Edition has never run on a console, so nothing on this page installs on an Xbox or PlayStation. Open redeem.microsoft.com or minecraft.net/redeem — either works — sign in with the Microsoft account you actually play on, and enter the 25-character code. Check the account name before you press Redeem: the game binds to whichever account redeems it and cannot be moved afterwards. Then download the Minecraft Launcher from minecraft.net, sign in with the same account, and choose Java or Bedrock inside the launcher — both are yours. Java Edition also runs on Mac and Linux; Bedrock is Windows only.
