You receive the Steam login and the email login and can change both — do that right after delivery and the account is permanently yours. Steam needs about four weeks to switch the store region; keep funds and cards off the account until then. Prefer it on the Steam account you already use? The Hello Neighbor 2 keys page gifts it to Pakistan-region accounts; console players can rent it on the Hello Neighbor 2 rentals page. Login trouble is fixed in the order chat, or refunded.
