The region rule comes first

Fortnite cards are region-locked, and the European ones are locked hard: a France, Germany, Ireland or UK card only redeems on an Epic account registered in that country, and Epic applies the same restriction to your PlayStation account if you redeem there. Check your Epic account's country in your account settings before touching the Region dropdown. Epic doesn't issue Pakistan-region cards, so buyers here usually take the USA values, which sit outside Epic's hard territory list; the country-specific European cards are for accounts genuinely registered in those markets. A code redeemed against the wrong region is gone for good — check first, and ask in the order chat if you're not sure.

Old card or new card — the code tells you

In mid-2025 Epic replaced the classic V-Bucks card with the Fortnite Gift Card, and both kinds still redeem. Classic V-Bucks cards go through fortnite.com/vbuckscard, where you pick the platform your V-Bucks land on; the newer gift cards redeem at epicgames.com/redeem and load your Epic balance instead, which then covers V-Bucks, Fortnite Crew or even Epic Games Store titles. Redeeming for PlayStation or Xbox adds one extra step — a platform code to finish on that console's store. If a code refuses one redeem page, try the other before worrying; if it still won't take, the order chat is right there.

Can I use a Fortnite gift card in Pakistan?

Yes. There's no Pakistan-region card, so Pakistani players buy a foreign-region one — USA being the usual choice — and redeem it on their own Epic account. What matters is the card's region against your account's country, not where you're playing from.

How many V-Bucks do I get?

Depends on the card generation. Classic V-Bucks cards state their amount up front; the newer currency-value gift cards load your Epic balance, and V-Bucks then cost Epic's going rate when you spend it. Either way, the PKR price you pay is on the tile before checkout.

I play on PlayStation — will this work?

Yes. Choose PlayStation during redemption and Epic hands you a short platform code to enter on the PlayStation Store. V-Bucks on PlayStation, Xbox, PC and mobile share one balance under Epic's Shared Wallet, so they follow you between those platforms.

What about Nintendo Switch?

The one real exception: V-Bucks redeemed for Nintendo stay usable only on Nintendo hardware. If you play on Switch and anywhere else, redeem for one of the Shared Wallet platforms instead and spend from there.

What can I actually spend it on?

V-Bucks cover the Item Shop and the Battle Pass. A new-style gift card's balance goes further: V-Bucks, a Fortnite Crew subscription, or games and add-ons on the Epic Games Store.
