Karnaca on an account you own
Dishonored 2 is sold here as a newly created Steam account with the game already purchased — full access, PC only. Pay in Pakistani rupees through Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank transfer; the login lands in your order chat within about 10 to 15 minutes. The standalone follow-up is on the Death of the Outsider accounts page.
Full access explained
Both the Steam login and the email login come with the account and both can be changed — change them first and it is permanently yours. Steam's store region takes about four weeks to switch; keep funds and cards off the account until then. Want Dishonored 2 on the Steam account you already use? The Dishonored 2 keys page has a Global key and a gift for Pakistan-region accounts; console players can rent it on the Dishonored 2 rentals page. Login problems are fixed in the order chat, or refunded.
