Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the 2007 original, is sold here as a newly created Steam account with the game already purchased — full access, PC only. The remaster is sold on the Modern Warfare (2019) accounts page alongside the reboot.

Both the Steam login and the email login are yours to change — do it straight after delivery and the account is permanently yours. Steam needs about four weeks to switch the store region; keep funds and cards off the account until then. Want CoD 4 on the Steam account you already use?
