Can I use an iTunes gift card in Pakistan?

Yes — you just need an Apple Account registered in the card's region. Since Apple issues no Pakistan-region cards, most users here keep a USA Apple ID for apps and games and buy USA cards for it.

Which region should I choose?

Whichever region your Apple Account is registered in. If you're buying for someone else, ask them first — a mismatched region is the one mistake that can't be fixed after redemption.

Can I redeem a USA card on a Pakistan-region Apple ID?

No. Apple region-locks every code, and switching your account's region isn't a quick workaround — Apple requires an empty balance and no active subscriptions before it lets you move. If you want USA cards, a dedicated USA Apple ID is the clean way to do it.

Do iTunes gift cards expire?

No. Neither the code nor the balance it becomes has an expiry date, so you can stock up when it suits you and redeem later.

How fast will I get my code?
