Requiem on an account you own
A Plague Tale: Requiem is sold here as a newly created Steam account with the game already purchased — full access, PC only. Pay in rupees with Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or another Pakistani method; the login lands in your order chat within about 10 to 15 minutes. The first game is on the A Plague Tale: Innocence accounts page.
Full access explained
Both the Steam login and the email login are yours to change — do it straight after delivery and the account is permanently yours. Steam needs about four weeks to switch the store region; keep funds and cards off the account until then. Want Requiem on the Steam account you already use? The Requiem keys page gifts it to Pakistan-region accounts; PlayStation players can rent it on the Requiem rentals page. Login problems are fixed in the order chat, or refunded.
